I have known Daniel for seven years now and from all the colleagues, friends, artists that surround me I have never seen someone pushing himself by himself for so long, while changing his whole body, mind and spirit to such an extent, that sharing it with the world becomes his wholehearted duty. I had trained before, but my movement quality improved significantly in just 6 months. I no longer have any pain, I'm much stronger and more flexible. At the beginning, I was quite shy and reserved, but as the week went on, one could integrate
oneself better and better. It's fascinating to see how well a community of individuals functions. I've met very funny and intelligent people. The human body is amazing, and one must first become aware of what's possible. So, in everyday life, there's so much more that can be achieved if one wants to.
A major stress point for me is/was my impatience (whether it's with eating, breathing, or hiking), but the week has once again shown that it's actually completely unnecessary.

The Winter Camp week was fulfillment and joy for me. Taking care of others and cooking completely fulfills me and gives me a feeling that I haven't been able to generate with other things. The week repeatedly showed me what is important to me and what I need to be myself: people who share similar values, friends, good food, being outdoors, gaining experiences, and pushing my limits.
The lightness and energy I experienced this week are the aspects of myself I am currently seeking when I am in my everyday routine. My current goal is to reproduce this energy or create the circumstances to have this energy and lightness daily.
The week has helped me get one step closer to this goal.

I started the Winter Camp week with an open mind and without any specific expectations, but with the intention to take away as much as possible. In this respect, the Camp fulfilled all expectations.
There was a lot of new and positive input. The planning of the individual days was great and also the entire group made it a very positive experience from which I take a lot of energy and positive experiences.
The "Calm Mornings" and the reduced media time really did me good and helped to start the days calm and stress-free. Highlights for me were definitely the hike up the Pfänder, the ice bath with the group and the last full day.

This Winter Camp week helped me a lot to get my stress under control. It showed me differentways to reduce stress. I was able to think a lot and didn't let myself be distracted by everything (cell phone, TV, etc.) as I usually do in everyday life. The week also showed me what is possible when you have the right mindset.
It was very nice to be surrounded by people who have a goal. The location, the activities and the people made it unforgettable for me.
I am grateful for everything I was able to experience during this week.

That was a cool and chill event today. The introduction was totally relaxed. The workshop was an integral event and gives you a practical and transferable guide for your own training. The meditation at the end completed the workshop so pleasantly. Really nice idea!
Even though I had already been on my hands here and there, I was missing all the (theoretical) basics as already mentioned. A specific warm-up as well as supposedly "simple" exercises were skipped consequently until now. In any case, you have sustainably conveyed that these parts also belong to it and contribute to the progress.
I found it totally pleasant that you picked up each of us where he/she was at (progress wise). And that you didn't use the workshop as your own stage to present what you have up your sleeve. Rather, you acted on a level with us, providing very helpful feedback and assistance.
Thanks a lot for your input. Somehow this wasn't necessarily a pure handstand workshop at all. I found that you indirectly conveyed quite a lot of interpersonal skills in a nice way and additionally gave little food for thought. That was also inspiring and valuable for me.

I really got a lot out of the day today, I thought it was great that it was not just a pure handstand
workshop, just the little thought-provoking impulses in between, such as the "take time and consciously do nothing after a learning session" really great. I'm now going into the Christmas holidays with a lot of new thoughts and ways of doing things, and I've already really got a lot of desire to train!
YOU are also a totally great person! Keep up the good work and stay as open, warm and positive as you are today.
I haven't been to many workshops yet, this was only my second one today.
Apart from the fact that one is interested in a topic and gets new impulses, I also find it a wonderful feeling to get in touch with other, at first "strange" people, whom one then warmly hugs at the end of the workshop and simply had a great time together! You are key in this and hold the space for such encounters.

I attended Daniel's handstand workshop and can only recommend it. Daniel guides with playfulness and mindfulness, demonstrating all the important warm-up exercises, which muscle groups are particularly important for stability, and leads you step by step towards balancing on your hands.
He also always keeps an eye on ensuring you don't get injured, helps you overcome the fear of tumbling over, encourages a fun approach to practice, and not to be discouraged when things don't work out.
